Drag selection for wares does not work when started on Barbarian ax

Bug Description
Discovered in r7175.
In the stock menu of warehouses, it is possible to select several wares at a time by clicking on a ware and move to another ware, holding the mouse button pressed (that is what I called "drag selection").
This works fine for all wares and workers, but for some reason not when I start with the Barbarian ax. All other wares and workers, also of other tribes, seem to be fine.
This has worked in build18, therefore I tag this as regression.

Nice catch.
I can confirm that the "drag selection" doesn't appear when the Barbarian ax is selected.
IIRC this was formerly know as the felling axe and is a tool for the lumberjack as opposed to the other axes in that column which are weapons used by soldiers, so the column combines wares from two categories. I have no idea whether this could be the cause or if it is just a coincidence though.
