Bug Description
I'm unsure why disabling scripting was chosen in favor of using SpiderMonkey (usesm). I can understand that maybe some architectures have no java scripting engine, but the patch (0001-Add-
I think the patch in question needs to be rewritten so that some architectures can usesm (e.g. powerpc) and others can disable scripting altogether (arm64).

libmozjs was removed in 2.6 which is what we have in utopic.
