Steps to reproduce
1. Deploy cluster: Ubuntu GRE, Ceph for images, volumes, efemeral, 1 Controller, 1 Compute, 2Cephs
2. Delete Ceph nodes (deploy after)
3. Reset environment
4. Unset Ceph for volumes, images, efemeral
5. Set Cinder LVM

Expected result: cluster can be deployed

Actual result: cluster can not be deployed,
there is no info about hdd on Controller node.

Reproduced on next configuration:
- HA, Ubuntu, Neutron VLAN, Ceph for images and volumes.
- 3x Controllers
- 1x Compute
- 2x Ceph

Scenario:
1. Deploy env
2. Reset
3. Deploy env
4. Reset
5. Remove Ceph nodes
6. Go to settings and remove Ceph for images and for volumes
7. Add 1x Cinder node
8. Deploy changes

In this case you need to reset volumes configuration for controllers,
because setting Ceph for images leads to removal of /var/lib/glance partitions from controllers.

We need to either:
1. Update documentation for such behaviour
2. Reconfigure controllers volumes every time checkboxes is modified
