Bug Description
* Use the Python logging module instead of the print function
* Change the verbosity, optionally
* Log to file, optionally
* On crash on Windows, do not log to file c:\program files\ as is done by py2exe
* Make it easy to report a crash/traceback using copy and paste (without digging through log files)
