Bug Description
This patch provides xmlrpc functionality for libsoup, in the same style as the
soap support. Written by Fernando Herrera. This patch is a simple-patchsys
patch suitable for inclusion in debian/patches. It includes a patch to
regenerate the build environment so that the new files get pulled in.
