'Dialpad sounds' checkbox is ineffective

Bug Description

In Sound panel, the 'Dialpad sound' check box does not work. If you switch it to off you can still hear the dialpad when dialing a number.

1. open dialer-app
2. dial a number and you will hear the dial tones on pressing buttons.
3. now in system-settings turn of 'dialpad sound'

What happens:
The change does not do anything, you still hear dialpade tone when dialing a new number.

Bug is fixed in utopic, I am told. So opening a rtm task.

Changed in ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
no longer affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
