Bug Description
Android gives the user a warning if they attempt to raise the volume to 100% when headphones are plugged.
This is a sensible precaution both to save the user from tinnitus and to avoid any potential legal repercussions.

This is not really an indicator problem, it's just that indicator-sound is handling sound UI in general at the moment.
