Steps:
1. Create next cluster - Ubuntu, HA, Neutron GRE, 3 controllers, 2 compute nodes, bond Public, Storage, Management in balance-slb mode
2. Deploy cluster

Expected - deployment was successful
Actual - deployment timed out with error in puppet log on controller-2 (node-2)
(/Stage[main]/Neutron::Keystone::Auth/Keystone_service[neutron]) Could not evaluate: Execution of '/usr/bin/keystone --os-token hTHX5HFN --os-endpoint http://10.108.27.36:35357/v2.0/ service-list' returned 1: An unexpected error prevented the server from fulfilling your request. (OperationalError) (2013, "Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 104") None None (HTTP 500)

Should this be included into Release notes?
Is there any possible workaround?

I don't think we should include it to release notes. It looks like connectivity issue and workaround could be re-deploy cluster
