Bug Description
1. Go to the page for a question in a language that none of the, uh, "answer contacts" are registered as knowing.
2. Click "Edit question".
What you see: "Italian (it) doesn't seem to be a language spoken by any answer contacts in this community. If you go ahead and ask a question in that language, no answer contacts will be able to read it..."
What you should see: No such message, because you're not asking a question.
