inconsistency in "PaaS Event Format" documentation

Here http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ceilometer/format.html in the first section you can read that "record_type" field is required. However in the provided examples this field is missing.

Mark record_type in PaaS Event Format doc as optional

No record_type in the samples, required record_type cause confusion.
