[devops] Snapshots for upgrade tests are created on switched off VMs

The following system test always fails while running on srv07-srt server:

It reverts env_base_5_0_CentOS 5.0 environment from 'deploy_neutron_gre_ha' snapshot and unable to get packages versions on nodes (slave-01 - slave-05) via SSH:

because all slaves were snapshoted in 'shutoff' state:

So, after snapshot revert they are inactive. BTW, on mc2n5-srt server those snapshots were created correctly:

DevOps guys, please re-create 'deploy_neutron_gre_ha' snapshot for env_base_5_0_CentOS environment on srv07-srt server.

srv07 is used by heavy services_* tests, let us move upgrades to saratov microcloud.

I am generating release environments on mc1n2-srt - mc1n7-srt, i'll assign labels as soon as they will be ready
