Bug Description
While working on upgrades I created a lot of snapshots after each steps. I ran out of space quickly. It would be nice to have 'delete' function in dos.py rather than
virsh snapshot-list <Domain>
virsh snapshot-delete <domain> <snapshot>
This functionality will allow to delete requested snapshot for requested environment

I believe this is already implemented by the following commit:
https:/ /github. com/stackforge/ fuel-devops/ commit/ ca774ef5bc9ac88 53ebc9c9c97f642 28c87f9fed
But new version of devops isn't created yet.
