Bug Description
Fresh installed a Fuel 5.0 then did tried an upgrade using Fuel 5.0.1 tar file.
All was doing good until the part where: (screenshot attached)
psql: could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running locally and accepting
Execute command "lxc-attach --name f2a3d1a6637258a
...
DockerUpgrader: failed to upgrade: "Shell command executed with "2" exit code: lxc-attach --name ........

Lope, can you attach a copy of the file /var/log/ fuel_upgrade. log? It looks like there was an issue starting the new postgres docker container. You could also try to run docker logs f2a3d1a6637258a 7a18b93b6c37c18 4386e642419f18f fb8f44b9b1d24c1 5f35 and save that output too.
