Bug Description
After having edited the content of System Settings > Region & Language, the screen is empty after a reboot. I can set the languages I need again, but the configuration does not survive the next boot.
Probably as a side effect, the clock that should be in the center of the upper strip is not showing (missing locale I guess).

I removed the Filipino that was there after the first boot and added English (US) and Czech instead.
