[sahara-extra] Reference to new edp-examples location is incorrect

The edp-examples/README.rst file says that the examples have moved to *sahara/edp-examples*, but they actually moved to *sahara/etc/edp-examples.

The document should reflect the correct location.

Should be fixed by: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/120869/ the automatic linking doesn't seem to work. Perhaps because of the "different repo" thing.

    Adding /etc/ dir to location of edp-examples since that is the
    actual location where they wound-up.
