Bug Description
When a node is released or deleted, MAAS does not ensure that DHCP leases pertaining to that node are cleared away. They are left to expire naturally. MAAS could expire those leases explicitly since it has the knowledge to do so, and this may help reduce or prevent address exhaustion in a busy and/or small network.
