After moving out/up from a folder, the folder keeps selected

Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1. From Home Folder, go to Documents Folder.
2. Go back to Home folder using the Back button or the House Icon on the top.
3. The Documents folder appear selected.
This behavior may cause that an user can delete a folder without notice it, similar to whats happening in this bug:
