Bug on auto-filled filename on container upload in object storage page

When you choose a file for the first time or without changing anything, the filename input is correctly filled with the chosen file's name.
But if, after choosing a file, you empty the filename input then choose another file, the input is not auto-filled anymore.

Test:

1) Go to object storage page and chose a container
2) Click on "Upload Object"
3) Choose a file to upload
(his name is correctly put in the filename input)
4) Empty the filename input
5) Choose another file to upload
Result : The filename input stays empty.

    Fix auto-fill on filename input.

    Add a condition in the if statement to check if the input is empty when a file
    has been chosen.
