Timezone page halts when searching for locations

Bug Description

1. Open system settings
2. Go to Time & Date
3. Search for timezon by typing first few characters of a city

What happens:
The settings apps halts for 2 seconds and then resumes.

Please make location searching fast.

There are lot of locations in the db, I guess we could optimize a bit though, or it's going to resolve itself with better hardware
