Odd behavior when clicking on "Trash" in the nav-bar from the trashcan

Bug Description

Please see the attached screen cast, as I am unsure of how to accurately describe this problem.

It appears that Files attempts to take you to the parent folder. The tab title quickly switches between "Trash", "Connecting", and "This folder does not exist".

The following is spammed in console until the tab or files itself is closed:
