Partition cloning fails when using partclone

Bug Description

If the cloning procedure is setup to use partclone (which is the default), it's going to fail, reporting that partclone doesn't support he '-z' switch.

This is caused most likely by clonezilla expecting a more recent version than the ubuntu bundled one (0.2.51).
