Binary package hint: mono

The class System.Net.WebRequest is missing the static properties DefaultWebProxy and DefaultCachePolicy.

DefaultWebProxy appears to exist now (1.9.1)

DefaultCachePolicy exists in WebRequest, but throws a NotImplementedException.

Please file a bug with Mono upstream & attach it to this bug for best results.
