Show a message if no photos are found

Clicking on "photos" in the sidebar should show the import screen if there aren't any photos.

This should be the desired behaviour also if i click on a void Album

Hmm i thought about it and it's ok to show an empty album, so this is not needed in for Albums just for the photos item in sidebar.

Anyways the album page should show a message like "There are no photos in this albums. Add some photos from Library."
