Change the "Empty!" message to something better

Bug Description

The message that shows when the indicator-messages has nothing in it is not a very good message. It should be something else more specific such as "No current messages" or something similar. "Empty!" doesn't provide any context to a new user who has never used Ubuntu before of what this indicator is all about. Providing the more specific context will make this much more obvious what this indicator is used for.

Changed in indicator-messages:
importance: Undecided → Low
