Bad In-game Perfomance with AMD Privative Drivers

Bug Description

Hello! i wan't to report that i'm having FPS(Frames per second) Problems, the problem is that in some games for example Team fortress 2 (Valve title) im having FPS Slowdowns 60 FPS to 10 or 30 FPS while in windows i play with 48/60 FPS, thats the only bug/problem with my Ubuntu the rest works perfectly and No Overheating with privative drivers. with Open/Free Drivers i can't resume from Hibernate/Suspend PC but the Game perfomance is Alot Better than privative drivers. Sorry for the bad english :/ im doing my best Above i will leave my Xorg.conf File if you need it also here are my PC Specs:

Core's: AMD Dual-Core 2.10GHz A4-3310MX
RAM:4GB of RAM
Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD6480G 512MB Dedicated Video ram Discrete class.
OS:Ubuntu 12.04LTS x86_64(64 Bits)
HDD:500GB
Display Driver: AMD Catalyst 2.21, RandR Version: 1.3.
OpenGL Version:4.4.12967 Compatibility Profile Context 14.20
BIOS Version:012.043.000.014.040971

Please Let me know if you need more info this is my first official Bug report.

Hello,

This is not an issue with certification of your system, so I will transfer it to the affected package, which is fglrx-installer, which I think covers the AMD proprietary driver.

Note, however, that this being a proprietary (or privative) driver, Ubuntu developers are not able to modify the driver in order to correct problems with it. These have to be reported to (and fixed by) the manufacturer.
