Bug Description

Ubuntu 14.10 r22

1. Go somewhere that many Wi-Fi networks are nearby.
2. Navigate to System Settings > "Wi-Fi".
3. Try to tell whether you are connected.

What happens: The network you are connected to might be so far down the list that it's off-screen.

What should happen: The network you are connected to is always at the top.

<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Networking#wi-fi-phone>: "Whenever Wi-Fi is on and a network *is* connected, 'Available networks:' should instead be 'Other available networks:', because it should be preceded by a 'Connected to:' section listing the connected network."

I assume this needs to be inherited from the indicator code

I could not reproduce it, the connected network always displayed at the top of the list when switching networks and on a boot
