Bug Description
After update of cluster 'Rollback' button isn't showed.
Instead an update form persists, containing the previous release as an option.
It's seems to be more obvious for the users
to have at least the Update button text changed to Rollback.

This is an expected behaviour:
UI shows "Rollback" button only in one case: Update process was unsuccessful and cluster has "update_error" status.
In all other cases - user will see the dropdown with versions list, that allows to update/downgrade the cluster - appropriate message will show in the dialog window (notification about upgrade and warning about downgrade)
