need to log to contrail-svc-monitor.log and contrail-schema.log instead of svc-monitor.log and schema.log

Following the convention as in other daemons, we need to log to contrail-svc* and contrail-schema* log files instead of svc-monitor.log, schema.log etc.

Fix for this bug has been committed to the mainline.
Following changes have been done:
a) All references to svc-monitor has been changed to contrail-svc-monitor
b) All references to schema has been changed to contrail-schema.
