Image type and status are not translated

Bug Description

The image type and status are not translated in the Images table. There was a previous bug fix for a similar problem but only in the Instances table (https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1224329). Seems we could do something similar for image state and type.

The type and status is not translated in the France, need the globalization team to help translate. So unassign from me.
