UI: top link to “<name> MAAS” only appears on some pages

Bug Description
In the web UI, the Zones, Networks, Settings, and Preferences pages all have a link back to the MAAS's front page at the top left: “mymaas MAAS”. But the Nodes and Clusters pages do not. (Nor does the front page, but that's fine.)
