Bug Description
A user has requested the ability to download 4k by 4k images in a given time range. The user also wanted the ability to download non JPEG2000 images. The API does not have the ability to download ranges of images.
Many users have requested the ability to download 4k by 4k images (and movies). I would guess that users would prefer to be given an option as to which file format to use for their images.

How would a range of images be returned by a single API request if not as a movie? A .tar file or other non-compressed archive format?
Single 4k by 4k images themselves are already retrievable with the appropriate API parameters. Is there a need to make that particular format easer to specify? What about data types whose native format is less than 4k by 4k? Is the desire really to have a simple way of returning the maximum resolution of a given data type? Or is there a special use case for 4k by 4k images of all data types that is needed by a significant fraction of users?
