[doc] "Network Configuration via CLI" section in documentation should include full list of supported parameters

    [Ref Arch] OVS endpoints configuration using FUEL CLI

    -The YAML example was modified to show all available options.
    -To use ovs bridging for endpoints "provider: ovs" added
     for each endpoint name in transformation part.
    -YAML examples moved to the corresponding folder
