Bug Description
When a fix is requested for a bug in Malone, it defaults to a Priority of "Medium"
When a fix is requested for a bug in Malone, it defaults to a Priority of "Medium". This is wrong, because it is practically impossible to tell the difference between a Medium priority that was set deliberately by the assignee, and a priority that has not been set at all.
Instead, Priority should default to a null value, presented as "-".
