Add "Move to.." action to My Lists

Under a list in a patron account in the OPAC, the current choices under the "actions for these items" dropdown are "place hold" and "remove from list". Sometimes patrons want to move an item from one list to another directly. The suggestion is to add a "move to.." choice to the dropdown that will allow the patron to move the item to another list.

This has recently come up as a need for us in 3.9 as it's not currently possible to edit lists names or descriptions in the OPAC.

It's possible to edit titles and descriptions in 3.10, but we'd still like this feature, too.
