Bug Description
Exaile 3.3.2
Ubuntu 14.04
Exaile says "no suitable plugin found" when playing .m4a files.
But Rhytmbox (which I suppose also uses gstreamer) plays them ok.

My guess is that Rhythmbox probably is using gstreamer 1.x, but Exaile still uses GStreamer 0.10.x. You need to make sure the right plugins are installed for gstreamer 0.10.x, and then it should work.
