Bug Description
The tests in KvsInheritanceTests [1] does not use the backend KVS as identity driver, as they were supposed to.
To fix this, we need to add a config_overrides method, as at [2].

This is a very low priority bug as the KVS backend in question is slated for removal in Kilo. That being said, it does not hurt to have tests doing what they are supposed to be doing.
