    Deprecate cinder_* configuration settings

    Create a new section in the configuration file called 'cinder'.
    Move all of the cinder_* configuration settings to this section.

    Regenerate tables (without swift, trove) for Juno3

    Regenerate config tables for Juno3.

    Note: "Cisco DFA ML2 Mechanism Driver" was reverted, the deletion of the
    options is fine.
