Problem when calculating song length/total time

Binary package hint: banshee

Using Banshee version: 0.13.1, Ubuntu Linux Gutsy Gibbon development release 7.10 and the last gstreamer package from this distribution.

Steps to reproduce the bug: Open Banshee with an existing playlist, try to play a file, the total time of the tune should vary all the time around the real total time.

Note: The partition containing the mp3 files was almost full at the time of the bug detection and the playlist contained 150~ songs.

I'm seeing the same problem. Additionally, when I sync to iPod, the playback ends prematurely. Not sure if this is related.

Do you still have this problem on Gutsy? And would it be possible to try on Hardy, which has 0.13.2?

If you're still having the problem, does it only happen with MP3 files?
