Edit Menus Launcher input are white on white

Bug Description
Using default Appearance setting, Edit Menus is fine. But double-click to open up Launcher Properties and you get a dark background dialog with white text. Input fields are white background but the input text is only a shade darker making it impossible to read.
Launcher Properties is never easy with such short input fields, but this makes it just too hard ;-)
Ubuntu Mate 14.10B1 - fresh install ( over Ubuntu 10.10 - it's been a long wait! :lol: )

A new theme is being create for Ubuntu MATE called Yuyo. It will be back ported to 14.04 and 14.10 and fixes the issue you've identified. We will not be fixing this issue in Ambiant-MATE however and will be discontinuing Ambiant-MATE starting with Ubuntu MATE 15.04.
