Bug Description

TEST CASE:
1. On a device with a SIM card locked by a PIN code, after reboot, open the network indicator
2. Tap on "Unlock SIM"
3. On the PIN code prompt, enter your PIN code an validate

EXPECTED RESULT
SIM is unlocked

ACTUAL RESULT
SIM is still locked. The PIN code must be entered a second time to unlock the SIM. Then press on the 'X' in the PIN code prompt.
