Add os profiler support into Heat

To get better profiling support from rally we need better metrics. To do
this we need to add profiling calls into heat and command line options
to the heat client.

    Add support for OSprofiler

    To be able to create profiling traces for Heat, the client should be
    able to send special HTTP header that contains trace info.

    Add OSprofiler integration into Heat

    This adds builtin rpc and db traces to Heat, as well as
    some toplevel stack methods to aid in reading the output.

    A 'profiler' config group is added to enable profiling.
