Bug Description
Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.22
Hi,
both ipw2100 and ipw2200 have problems with the power management commands ("iwconfig power on", "iwpriv wlan0 set_power X").
These problems are fixed in latest versions.
Could we get these fixes backported?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
I have reviewed both the current Ubuntu Gutsy tree as well as the Ubuntu Modules tree and did not see these patches merged. I'm assigning this request to the Ubuntu Kernel Team for their consideration to include in the next release.
