Bug Description
Please sync libexif 0.6.21-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Use dh-autoreconf instead of autotools-dev.
* Use dh-autoreconf instead of autotools-dev.
Debian has merged Ubuntu changes.

libexif (0.6.21-2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Use autoreconf instead of autotools-dev (Closes: #754399)
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5
* Add symbols file for libexif12
