Doesn't save dual+ monitor configuration after reboot.

I had to do it manually because the Display plug wasn't saving the config.

Additionally, if gala errors or restarts the config goes back to the original/stock.

It also happens when loggin out/in. Configuration doesn't seem to get saved.
