link direction is not preserved after saving and loading to graphml

Bug Description
- When we insert the data one-by-one (node and link) it is possible to observe the arrows and direction. Nevertheless, after to save and load again, the arrows and their direction it is not possible to observe. Nevertheless, I believe that such visual information can be useful to insert in documents or even to observe the direction of links. (attach follow the example – before and after save)

An arrows boolean had not been set properly in Parser thread. It has been fixed and commited to v1.4 code.
