slingshot dies if there is an unknown or buggy icon

Bug Description

Installing Pycrust in my system makes slingshot die when I select Programming section in the cathegories list. The patch fixes this by detecting when the icon has not been loaded.

Anyway, if the branch https://code.launchpad.net/~rastersoft-gmail/slingshot/fixed_width_fix gets merged, this fix is not needed.
