Bug Description
The Address Alert feature is not documented in the official documentation. I would like to work on this to get some experience creating Open-ILS official documentation.
I also posted to the OPEN-ILS-
Yamil is going to provide assistance in getting the documentation in the correct format.
Terran McCanna provided links to the documentation he created for Pines for this feature.
I think I'll use github to stage my changes because I'm comfortable with using it.
