qt and gtk themes not set up by default

qt5 default colours are not set
qt4 default theme and colours are not set
gtk themes are not set at all

qt4 should be done by kde4breeze but there's a but this bug might be the cause of why not, doesn't work if ~/.kde isn't existing first

gtk isn't done at all but should probably be added to kde4breeze (maybe using code from krdc)

In plasma 5.0.95:
Qt 4 apps seems to have correct widget theme, colours and icons by default.
Qt 5 use oxygen theme (even though breeze is set) and when breeze is set widget colours don't match kwin colour
GTK 2 theme is not set
GTK 3 theme is not set

On installing normal plasma4 iso then upgrading to plasma5 qt4 and 5 are set correctly, gtk2 and 3 both set to oxygen

installing plasma5 image today, qt4 and 5 both good for everything, gtk 2 and 3 both unthemed

plasma5 should be fixed with breeze 5.1.0.1-0ubuntu1~ubuntu14.10~ppa2 which includes gtkbreeze to set the default theme for gtk
