wxmaxima:

If you select plot from the menu, then plot2d, when you write a ( or a ) in the Expression(s) blank space the program crashes.
So it is not possble for example to ask to plot sin(x) o something similar.

It happens not only when in the plot2d dialog box but in any dialog box.
It si not possible to calculate a sum or solve an equation if you want to insert a parenthesis
