xshogi is installed without gnushogi via add/remove, but menu item doesn't work without gnushogi

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xshogi

Install the package xshogi via add/remove, and notice that the applications menu item for xshogi results in a window which appears and disappears.

Install gnushogi (which is recommended by xshogi) and the xshogi menu item works.

I'm not sure this is a bug in the xshogi package (since it can be run with "-nsp True" without gnushogi), but xshogi can be installed via the add/remove dialogue and the item added to the applications menu doesn't work. (I don't know if Ubuntu has an official policy on this, but the other packages in add/remove seem to "just work").
